You can automatically export your termbase from Lexeri to a Nextcloud folder. Here we show you how this works.
What you need
For automatic exports to a Nextcloud folder, create a link share for the folder that is password protected.
To do this, go to the folder to be shared in the Nextcloud web interface and click on the "Share" icon next to the folder name:
A dialogue opens in which you can manage the link sharing.
In the dialogue, activate the option "Allow uploading and editing" and the checkbox "Password protect":
Make a note of the password and click on the copy icon next to "Share link" to get the link share. You will be asked for this when you create the automatic export in Lexeri.
Create automatic export
Once you have created the link share for the folder in Nextcloud, you can go on to create the automatic export in Lexeri. For this you need the role of the administrator.
First go to the settings of your termbase and select the tab "Exports".
Select system
Next, click on the button "Schedule automatic export" and select "Nextcloud" and then click on "Next".
Create integration
In the next step, you will be asked for the data for the link share. Enter the link share and the password and click on "Next":
Select file format
In the next step, select the file format of the export. Then click on "Next":
Select the interval of the automatic exports
In the next step, you only select how often the Lexeri termbase should be exported to Nextcloud. Select one of the suggested intervals and click on "Next":
Select languages to export
In the last step you can select the languages to be exported. Then click on Save:
Pause or delete exports
After you have gone through all the steps, the dialogue closes and you will see the newly created export plan in the list of automatic exports.
Here you can pause the automatic exports or delete the plan.
