In the Optional functions area, you have the option to activate or deactivate certain settings according to your individual requirements.
-
Display term entry ID
Specify whether you want to display the entry ID as an attribute in the entry when creating new terminology. This is automatically incremented when new term entries are added (whether manually by you or via an import). When importing from files such as TBX, we adopt the IDs that they contain. -
Limit selectable term statuses
You can use this to specify whether you can freely select from all available usage statuses (preferred, recognised, obsolete, prohibited) when creating the first term in an entry, or whether the first term created must have the status "preferred". -
Hide activities
Use this to specify whether you want to show or hide the Activities section in the term database overview for all users -
Skip termbase list
If you activate this function, all users with the simple role "User" (read-only) will go directly to the termbase after logging in to Lexeri and skip the termbase list (provided they are only authorised for one termbase). -
Hide versioning for users
Here you can specify whether the "Versions" area within an open term is displayed or hidden for your users. The area is still visible for terminology managers.
