Extension of the quality functions
Until now, users have been able to search entries for duplicates and terms in missing languages in our Quality Dashboard and either clean them up or add them.
Now we have added the option to find missing definitions in the entries.
Lexeri identifies the entries that are not yet assigned a definition. As usual, relevant entries can then be completed directly or edited by the assigned team experts as part of a task.
Quality Dashboard now also integrated in term tasks, requests and imports
Starting now, quality checks can be performed not only on the published term database, but also on tasks with terms in draft status.
For example, draft terms from imports or requests can be checked for problems and incompleteness and any issues rectified prior to publication.
The quality and clean-up functions available for the termbase are the same as those found in the original board.
The duplicate search recognises duplicates in the task drafts and additionally shows identical terms in the termbase that have already been published.
As usual, duplicates in the task drafts can be merged directly in the duplicate view.
And there is a lot more besides: The next update will include a Quality Dashboard search function to identify other attributes. Missing subject areas and images (and...) will then be discoverable as well and can be added.
Sorting of tasks on the board
There has been another small improvement to the Task Board: Tasks can now be sorted using an extended filter view.
This helps you to keep things neat and tidy if you have a large number of requests and tasks on the board.
