With this latest release, collaboration on tasks through discussions takes center stage. In addition, there are several new features for term checks and exports. With the new keyword search, you can find content across the entire term database. And you can now easily book the AI package through your account.

Discussions in tasks
Threads instead of comment lists
The Discussion tab in a task becomes a chat area: instead of a simple comment list, threads and direct messaging are now available. From here you can reach everyone involved in the task and all conversation threads are in one place.
As a terminology manager, you see the terminology management discussion and the discussion with the assigned people per subtask grouped in a single view.

Discussions directly on the draft entry
Until now, questions about an individual entry were added to the completion comment. These completion comments are being discontinued: instead, terminologists and terminology managers can discuss a term entry with each other at any time. You open the entry-related discussion via the permanently visible button in the bottom right of the open entry draft. In the draft list, the new discussions filter replaces the previous filter for unread completion comments.
Ready to be tested in beta phase
Lexeri as a Windows App
Lexeri is now also available as a Windows desktop application with a tray icon and a docked sidebar. This lets you check text no matter which program you are currently working in:
- Send selected text from any program to the text check using a keyboard shortcut:
Win + Shift + Lby default, and freely configurable. - Check entire documents via the context menu in File Explorer.
- The check itself still takes place in the Lexeri web app, which is displayed in the sidebar.
The Windows app is a public beta and is open to all customers for testing. If you are interested, get in touch at service@lexeri.com.
Term checks in the Oxygen XML Editor
With the Lexeri plug-in, you can check your content directly in the Oxygen XML Editor. Term check and term search work just like in the other plug-ins; the floating button with the eye icon highlights the terms found in your document. If you have booked the AI package, the suggestion and replacement functions are available as well.

Available to book now: the AI package
The AI Package is a paid add-on that Lexeri customers are already familiar with. With this release, we added the function to manage the AI Package.
The package includes:
- AI tasks: When adding a subtask, you can select an AI task in addition to the user tasks. The language selection automatically adds the AI bot, which carries out the work in all entry drafts when the task starts.
- AI-assisted sentence correction in term checks: For each incorrect occurrence, the AI suggests a corrected sentence. The prohibited term is replaced with the preferred one, and grammatical adjustments are made automatically. You can insert the suggestion into the document with a single click. This feature is available in all plug-ins with a replacement function and in term checks within the Lexeri web app.
You can subscribe to and manage the package under My Company > Licenses: There, you can change the language model, top up tokens, or cancel the package. The Lexeri bot is based on OpenAI language models (GPT-5), hosted on Microsoft Azure in the Sweden data region.
Keyword search within Lexeri
The global search now finds more than only terms: in addition to the existing fuzzy search, a multilingual keyword search across further content in your termbase is now available. This function searches for:
- Definitions and usage notes in term entries
- The title and description of subject fields, ontologies, documents, and tasks
Matches are grouped by object type and displayed per category with a match count and a preview. You reach the search as usual via the main menu.
“Not selected” filter in term checks and exports
The “not selected” option is now available in the filter settings before starting a term check and in the export configuration. This allows you to explicitly include entries and terms for which no value has been set for the respective attribute in the term check and term matches or in the export. This option serves as a fallback to the additional filter values selected.

Automatic Exports to Crowdin
