With the next update, we have implemented some customer requests. We are making the duplicate cleanup more functional and export formats are also being expanded.
Mark valid duplicates and exclude them from the search
Not every duplicate is wrong! Sometimes it can also be useful to store the same term in two entries - for example, in the case of homonyms or different usage statuses.
Therefore, with the new Lexeri update, you can now ignore individual recognised entries in a duplicate in your duplicate cleanup. This term entry is then not displayed again during the next duplicate search. To do this, you can click on "Ignore" at the bottom left of the term entry.
The entire duplicate with all entries found can also be ignored. To do this, click on the blue "Ignore duplicate" button at the top right of the page.
This makes the duplicate cleanup much more functional and precise.
DeepL Export format is added
We have expanded our format selection for exports - in this case for the machine translation use case.
With the new DeepL export format, you can import your Lexeri terminology into the glossary function of DeepL and use it in your machine translation projects.
Customisation for reference documents in requests
Reference documents can now be uploaded by enquirers even after the enquiry has been sent. These are then directly visible to the terminology managers.
